Our annual guild meeting is this upcoming week. myself, Rivera,  Holbrook, Thalen, Spanckee, Jorgramaro, Shechi, Baneofshechi, Wuvitron, Mazar, Killgore, OMGdots, Tinydragon and yes even Epikbirdman will be here! 13 in total that I can think of off the top of my head.

While we are remaining our same old casual/social selves and rank as the oldest  casual raiding guild on the server. We still take the lead in trying to attempt to control ninja looter. We rank in the top 5 for number of level 80 members. And in the top 5 for size.

We are happy to announce that we have cleared all end game content in 10 Man and including ICC and Ruby Sanctum.  We are currently 3 Hard Modes cleared in ICC 10. So we are doing much better then we were for Burning Crusade.

As long as we remember to keep our family and social like atmosphere we will out live the hardcore raiding guilds once again like we did as BC ended.

The August 6th-10th Guild Convention went EXCELLENT! 12 people were able to fly and drive hundreds and thousands of miles to be here in Connecticut! Myself, Shechi and Jorgramaro live here in Connecticut.  Driving down from Canada were Dagwood and Tamatha (YES, HOT WOMEN DO PLAY WOW!). Flying in from California were Killgore, Mazar and the WUVITRON!  And hitchhiking from New York City Thalen and Spankee! And of course Ian and his wife were in attendance!  It was a great grouping and the mixture of my guildies with my wrestling friends was amazing.  Of course three days of drinking was also amazing!  Our bar tab one night was $640.00 US~! And I know those maids at the hotel hate us! Well unless they turn in the beer cans then well yeah.  As soon as the DVD of the wrestling show I promoted is released I will link it so you can buy it and see Wuvitron head banging and just how sexy our guildies are!

Ulduar 10 is progressing well we are finishing up on General and should down Yogg this week! We have been slack in this area this month as we had the AT Convention and some of our tanks had personal issues but now everything is sorted and we are going forward!  We are the oldest guild on the server, a feat you should all be proud of as all the hardcore guilds have disbanded, merged, reformed or transferred.  This is do to our commitment to being casual and not burning out.  Some others poke fun at us but never forget we are a casual social raiding guild and here FUN is most important! We are 11/13 Ulduar 10 and even more AMAZING was our ability to pull our guild together as a team and we are now working on 25 Man progression!  5/13 for 25 Man Ulduar is something I will take anyday!  And now the most important update! Adventure Time is now 4/5 (one boss is not out yet) so basically a current full clear of Trial of The Crusader!  You should all be proud of yourselves and your guildies!  We will be forming up a second group to work on this and then combine them to a 25 Man GROUP!

On a side note I hope you have all read and watched the Xpac info it is EXCITING and Adventure Time is going to go for some realm firsts this time (Killgore was one in WoTLK) so be ready!

Remember we are social and casual so ignore those who try to bait you, we are not hardcore and that is why we don’t get burnt out and fall apart!  I shall continue my endeavor against ninjas  and expect you to do the same and to extend  the courtesy in any groups or raids you are leading!

 Having said that it is now your responsiblity to READ AND WATCH the strats I post on the FORUMS. If you do not or do not know a fight you will be removed from raiding until you do.  DKP will being to be used when we have a full 25 man raiding group, that shows up.  Also, we will be following the recommended strats so DO NOT BE SHOCKED IF YOU ARE SUBBED OUT. We need to all be part of the team to make this work. I shall endeavor to write updates and news every Tuesday but trust that my memory is fucked so check back randomly.

At this time Adventure Time is still looking for raiders to round out their weekend 25-man raids, particularly Resto Druids, Resto Shamans, and capable tanks (other healers and roles will be considered on a case-by-case basis).  If you are one of these things and would like to apply to join, please send an in-game whisper to Bigmary, Wuvitron, or Rivera, or join the forums and say “hello,” (which will be expected of you if you join anyway).

As a result of the celebration and need to get away from your filthy boomerang-chuckers, Bigmary will be gone (see also: drunk) for the next two or three days, meaning Wuvitron and Rivera (if he’s not temporarily suspended for his vulgar language again) are in charge for the next few days much to the dismay of green-wearing 70s demanding Karazhan runs everywhere.

We’d like to take this moment to reiterate Adventure Time’s stance on the elimination of Kara-Attunement that came with the release of patch 2.4, which is FUCK YOU, YOU STILL NEED TO GET ATTUNED. That said, we expect any 70 that wants to run Kara to STILL do the Master’s Key attunement quests and have their own key to enter Karazhan.  You will not have your hand held just because Blizzard got rid of attunement; If you do not have the key you will not raid with Adventure Time.  No one is exempt from this rule, and everyone from the Guild Master’s Alts, to the Arch-Duke alts, to all Officers and alts must have the key to enter Karazhan.

That said we’d like to wish farewell to Thewarrior today officially on our site. There is a special seat on a shortbus for him.  In the back… where the teacher can’t see them touching each other.

Unfortunately Bigmary was the first to DIE inside the Magister’s Terrace.

But enough about that, let’s talk about other news and notes in the World… of Warcraft:  We’d like to take this moment to welcome back Frostcore to the guild, and his friend Paentrix who returned to Adventure Time earlier this week.  Other news this week includes the postponement of lottery due to not enough players entering it, then again the reminder topics been replaced by RE-JOIN THE FORUMS for almost a week, which by the way if you haven’t done so yet, you’re a slacker, and not the good kind of slacker… but the lazy Mexican type of slacker that only earns three pesos and cleans my house.  I cannot stress enough the importance of the forums, especially if you are a raider, which is a good 70% of you.

Rumor is abound that 2.4 is dropping next week, however no announcements from Blizzard have been made to confirm that so it’s business as usual (and for Rivera another week of not having Resilience on my gear…).    On that note, that’s all for now, so sit back, enjoy the Adventure and all that jazz. (Okay, I just didn’t want to not have some sort of update on the main page to be honest and this post probably sucked balls).
